Our Wix Website Development packages include website design and setup only. Please note that Wix Premium plans, domain registration, domain renewal, payment gateway fees, and any third-party subscriptions are separate costs and are not included in our development pricing.

Important Disclosure:
A Wix Premium Plan is required to connect a custom domain (e.g. www.yourbusiness.com) to your website. For eCommerce websites, an eligible Wix Business & eCommerce Premium Plan is required to accept online payments. Websites may be designed on a free Wix account during development; however, your custom domain and online payment features can only be activated after the appropriate Premium Plan has been purchased. WebVerse Studio will complete the connection once your plan is active.

Project Process

Once your payment has been confirmed, our team will contact you to collect everything required to begin your project, including:

• Business name
• Logo and brand assets
• Brand colors and fonts
• Website content
• Images and media
• Product information (if applicable)
• Product pricing and descriptions
• Product images
• Preferred design style
• Page requirements
• Domain information (if already purchased)

Turnaround Time

The estimated turnaround time for Wix website development is 12–18 business days, depending on the selected package, the complexity of your project, and the timely submission of all required information.

IMPORTANT: YOUR PROJECT TURNAROUND TIME DOES NOT BEGIN UNTIL WEBVERSE STUDIO HAS RECEIVED ALL REQUIRED INFORMATION, CONTENT, BRAND ASSETS, IMAGES, PRODUCT DETAILS (IF APPLICABLE), LOGINS, AND ANY OTHER REQUESTED MATERIALS FROM YOU.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Business name and branding assets (logo, brand colors, fonts)
• Website content
• Product information, pricing, descriptions, and images (for eCommerce websites)
• Collection/category structure (if applicable)
• Shipping information (for eCommerce websites)
• Domain information (if already purchased)
• Any required account access or login credentials
• Any other information requested by the WebVerse Studio team

If any required information is outstanding, your project will remain on hold until everything has been received. Any delays in submitting the required materials will automatically extend the estimated completion date.

Should additional content, revisions outside the original project scope, or new requests be submitted after development has commenced, the turnaround time may be adjusted accordingly.

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, turnaround times are estimates only and may vary depending on project requirements, package selection, revision requests, and client response times. WebVerse Studio will keep you informed throughout the development process regarding your project's progress.

Review & Revisions

Each website includes up to three (3) complimentary revision rounds.

Additional revisions beyond the included rounds will incur an additional design fee.

Final Delivery

Once your website has been approved, you will receive:

• Access to your Wix website
• Login credentials (if applicable)
• Basic guidance on managing your website
• Connected custom domain (once an eligible Premium Plan has been purchased)

Domain & Premium Plan Disclosure

Please note:

• Wix Premium Plans are purchased directly through Wix and are billed separately from WebVerse Studio's development fee.
• Online stores require an eligible Wix Business & eCommerce Premium Plan to process payments.
• Domain registration and annual renewals are separate costs paid directly to Wix or your chosen domain provider.
• A Premium Plan is required before a custom domain can be connected to your website.
• If you have not yet purchased a domain, WebVerse Studio can provide recommendations and connect it once purchased.

• Wix Premium Plans, Business & eCommerce Premium Plans, domain registration, domain renewals, email hosting, payment gateway fees, and third-party subscriptions are not included unless specifically stated.
• Product uploads beyond the package allowance are available at an additional cost.
• Payment gateway configuration may require an additional quotation depending on your business requirements.
• All website development purchases are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Website maintenance, updates, additional product uploads, and ongoing support are available as separate services.
