Refund policy

At Webverse Studio, we specialize in custom digital services, including website design, ecommerce development, booking systems, branding, and other digital solutions. Because every project is created specifically for each client, all purchases are considered custom digital products and services.

By purchasing any service from Webverse Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Return & Refund Policy.

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Webverse Studio are final and non-refundable.

Once a payment has been received, no refunds, partial refunds, chargebacks, or credits will be issued, regardless of:

  • Change of mind
  • Change in business plans
  • Budget constraints
  • Delays in providing required content or feedback
  • Failure to use the completed website or service
  • Dissatisfaction after work has begun, provided services have been delivered in accordance with the agreed scope

This policy applies to:

  • All digital products or services offered by WebVerse Studio

2. Digital Products Cannot Be Returned

Due to the nature of digital products and custom development services:

  • Websites cannot be returned.
  • Digital files cannot be returned.
  • Design files cannot be returned.
  • Branding assets cannot be returned.
  • Website templates cannot be returned.
  • Graphics and digital artwork cannot be returned.
  • Source files cannot be returned for a refund.

Once digital work has been delivered or development has commenced, returns are not possible.

3. Deposits

Project deposits reserve time within our production schedule.

For this reason:

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Deposits are non-transferable.
  • Deposits cannot be credited toward future projects unless approved in writing by Webverse Studio.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful project completion, clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate project information.
  • Supplying all requested content and assets in a timely manner.
  • Reviewing deliverables promptly.
  • Providing clear, consolidated feedback during the revision process.
  • Meeting payment deadlines outlined in the project agreement.

Delays caused by the client do not qualify for refunds.

5. Revisions

Each package includes a specified number of revisions.

Revisions allow clients to request changes within the agreed project scope.

Requests that fall outside the original scope may require a separate quote and additional fees.

6. Project Cancellation

Clients may request to cancel a project at any time.

If a project is cancelled:

  • All payments already made remain non-refundable.
  • Any completed work remains the intellectual property of Webverse Studio until full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Any outstanding balance for work completed up to the cancellation date may still be payable in accordance with the signed agreement.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services that have been provided or are actively being delivered.

If a payment dispute is initiated without first attempting to resolve the matter directly with Webverse Studio, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend all project work.
  • Revoke website access where permitted by law and the applicable agreement.
  • Remove hosting or maintenance services managed by Webverse Studio until the matter is resolved.
  • Provide documentation demonstrating the work completed and the services agreed upon.

8. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare situations where Webverse Studio is unable to complete a project due solely to circumstances within our control, any remedy, including a partial refund or project credit, will be considered at our sole discretion.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.
