Shipping policy

At Webverse Studio, we provide digital services and digital products only. As a result, no physical goods are shipped, and no shipping charges apply to any of our services.

Digital Delivery

All websites, branding assets, design files, digital graphics, and other deliverables are provided electronically. Depending on the service purchased, completed work may be delivered through email, secure cloud storage, a client portal, or by transferring the completed website to the client's chosen platform or hosting account.

Delivery Timeframes

Project delivery timelines vary depending on the scope and complexity of the service selected. Estimated completion dates are provided during the quotation process or outlined in the project agreement. While we make every effort to meet estimated timelines, delivery dates may be adjusted if additional revisions are requested, project requirements change, or required information, approvals, or content are not provided by the client in a timely manner.

Client Responsibilities

To avoid delays, clients are responsible for providing all requested content, branding assets, login credentials, approvals, and feedback within the agreed timeframe. Any delays in supplying required materials may result in an extension of the estimated project completion date.

Website Launch & Transfer

Completed websites will be launched or transferred only after all outstanding invoices have been paid in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Where applicable, website ownership, login credentials, and final project files will be provided electronically upon project completion and final payment.

Third-Party Services

Delivery of certain services may depend on third-party providers such as Shopify, Wix, Acuity Scheduling, Setmore, hosting companies, domain registrars, or payment processors. Webverse Studio is not responsible for delays caused by outages, technical issues, verification processes, or service interruptions affecting these third-party platforms.

No Physical Shipping

Because all services and products offered by Webverse Studio are digital, no physical shipping, courier services, or postal delivery is provided. Shipping fees, tracking numbers, customs charges, and delivery insurance do not apply to any purchase made through our business.
