Keep your website secure, up to date, and running smoothly with a WebVerse Studio Website Maintenance Plan.

Website Maintenance Plans are available exclusively for websites that have been developed or redesigned by WebVerse Studio. We do not currently offer maintenance services for websites created by third-party designers or agencies.

Our maintenance plans are prepaid service packages and include routine website updates and support for the selected coverage period.

Website Maintenance – 3 Months

Best for: Businesses requiring short-term website support.

Includes:

• Website content updates (text and images)
• Product additions and updates (where applicable)
• Basic layout adjustments
• Broken link checks
• General website monitoring
• Technical support via email
• Minor website edits throughout the maintenance period

Coverage: 3 Months

Website Maintenance – 6 Months

Best for: Growing businesses requiring ongoing website management.

Includes:

• Everything in the 3-Month Plan
• Priority support
• Regular website content updates
• Product additions and updates
• Promotional banner replacements
• Routine website health checks
• Minor design adjustments where necessary

Coverage: 6 Months

Website Maintenance – 12 Months

Best for: Businesses seeking long-term website support.

Includes:

• Everything in the 6-Month Plan
• Highest priority support
• Ongoing website updates
• Product additions and updates
• Routine maintenance and optimization
• Website performance monitoring
• Technical assistance throughout the plan
• Recommendations for future website improvements

Coverage: 12 Months

Renewal

Maintenance plans do not renew automatically. Once your selected maintenance period has expired, all maintenance services and support will end.

If you require continued assistance after your plan expires, a new Website Maintenance Plan must be purchased before additional maintenance services can be provided.

Important Information

• Website Maintenance Plans are available only for websites developed or redesigned by WebVerse Studio.
• Maintenance covers minor website updates, content changes, product updates, and ongoing support only.
• Major redesigns, new page creation, custom functionality, or extensive development requests will require a separate quotation.
• Third-party costs, including Shopify subscriptions, Wix Premium Plans, domain registration and renewals, hosting, premium apps, plugins, and other subscription services, are not included.
• Clients are responsible for maintaining active subscriptions and domain renewals to keep their website operational.
• All Website Maintenance Plan purchases are final and non-refundable once payment has been made.
• Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Deposits, installment payments, or partial payments are not accepted for maintenance plans.
