Acuity Website Redesign – Perfect for businesses with an existing Acuity website that needs a refreshed, modern appearance. Login access to your existing Acuity account will be required before work begins.
Payment Information: Clients may purchase this service by paying in full through our website. If you wish to use our 50% deposit option or request a payment plan, please contact Webverse Studio before placing your order. Payment plans are available by approval only and are offered at our sole discretion based on the scope and value of the project.
Project Onboarding
Once your payment has been received, you'll receive a welcome email along with our Client Questionnaire and Asset Checklist.
To begin your project, we'll request information such as:
- Business name and logo
- Brand colours and fonts
- Business description
- Service names, descriptions, and pricing
- Business hours and appointment availability
- Staff information (if applicable)
- Contact information
- Business address
- Images and testimonials
- Social media links
- Existing Acuity website (for redesigns)
- Design inspiration or preferred style
Projects will begin once all requested information has been received.
Design & Booking Setup
After receiving your project assets, we'll begin designing your Acuity booking website.
Your website may include:

Turnaround Time

Important Information
This service includes website design and booking system setup only. It does not include Acuity subscription fees, payment gateway setup, domain registration, premium Acuity features, custom coding, advanced integrations, or ongoing website management unless otherwise specified in your proposal.
All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Due to the custom nature of our digital services, all payments are final and non-refundable once payment has been received.
Ongoing Website Maintenance and Support Plans are available for an additional monthly fee. Please contact Webverse Studio for pricing and available maintenance packages.
